The Work includes the following principal items: grading, drainage, seeding, erosion control, paving, marking, traffic control, and pavement demolition

The Project consists of replacing approximately 174 service connections, including replacing the service line between the water main and the meter, the meter setter, meter box, connection to the existing customer service lines, and surface and pavement restoration.

Removal of damaged roof and wall panels; structural steel repairs and flashing replacements; installation of roof coating, wall panels, personnel and overhead doors, windows, gutters, and downspouts; upgrade of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems; surface preparation and painting of interior and exterior steel; remove and dispose of all debris off-site; and incidental work necessary to return the facility to full operational condition.

The Work includes the following principal items: Existing Asphalt Removal, Clearing, Grubbing, Grading, Storm Drainage, Base, Paving, Lighting, and Thangar construction.

Pavement Rehabilitation on the Apron and Runway to include fencing relocation, Cold milling, paving, permanent markings.

Installation of approximately 14,500 LF of 16-inch DIP water main along Buford Hwy between Old Sugarloaf Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road. Includes branch connections and tie-in’s, abandoning existing parallel cast iron water mains, service line reconnections, traffic control, erosion control and site clean-up, all other work required to complete the project.
