The Work includes the following principal items: Existing Asphalt Removal, Clearing, Grubbing, Grading, Storm Drainage, Base, Paving, Lighting, and Thangar construction.

Pavement Rehabilitation on the Apron and Runway to include fencing relocation, Cold milling, paving, permanent markings.

Installation of approximately 14,500 LF of 16-inch DIP water main along Buford Hwy between Old Sugarloaf Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road. Includes branch connections and tie-in’s, abandoning existing parallel cast iron water mains, service line reconnections, traffic control, erosion control and site clean-up, all other work required to complete the project.

Demolition, earthwork, and utility extensions associated with the development of site and construction of future hangar development area.

Concrete crack repairs, concrete joint sealing, pavement marking. Contract time of sixty (60) calendar days. Liquidated damages are set at $1,000.00 per calendar day that the project remains incomplete after the specified completion time.

The Project consists of replacing approximately 4,100 linear feet (LF) of water main in downtown Loudon, Tennessee. The water main will be constructed of ductile iron pipe ranging from 6-inch to 12-inch in size. The project includes but not limited to valves, fittings, hydrants, services, other appurtenances, and surface restoration as shown on the Drawings and required for a complete functioning system. The selected contractor for the project will be solely responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of stormwater erosion and sediment control best management practices to comply with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation General Permit Number TRN100000. All work described above shall be performed as shown on the Drawings and as specified.

The Work includes the following principal items: Fuel farm relocation and apron expansion.

The Project consists of the installation of approximately 7,600 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch diameter water main, air release valves, gate valves, fittings, hydrants, and miscellaneous civil work shown in the Contract Drawings along Disneyland Road in White County, Tennessee. The proposed 6- inch diameter water main is anticipated to extend along Disneyland Road from the Franks Ferry Road intersection south to just beyond the Meeks Street intersection.
