Public Projects

This Project includes the following work: The installation of approximately 5,600 LF of 8-inch DIP and 950 LF of 12-inch DIP water main including valves, fittings, hydrants, and joint restraint in a residential area off of Duluth Highway, including along Kent Court, Claiborne Drive, and associated side streets. The project also includes restoration of grassing, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, traffic control, erosional and sedimentation control, and abandonment of existing water mains and appurtenances throughout the project limits.

The installation of approximately 5,000 LF of ductile iron gravity sewer main from immediately downstream of the Gas South Arena to just south of SR-120, running approximately parallel to Fork Creek and the existing 18” to 24” VCP Fork Creek sewer interceptor. Approximately 500 LF of the proposed sewer is 8" pipe and 4,500 LF is 30" pipe. Two (2) public right-of-way crossings will be performed by 48” trench less installation. A total of seven (7) connections to branch sewer lines will be required. The project also includes restoration of the project corridor, traffic control, erosion and sedimentation control, and abandonment of sanitary sewer mains and appurtenances throughout the project limits.

The Project consists of replacing approximately 6,925 linear feet (LF) of water main in downtown Loudon, Tennessee. The water main will be constructed of ductile iron pipe ranging from 4-inch to 8-inch in size. The project includes but is not limited to valves, fittings, hydrants and other appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and required for a complete functioning system.

The Project consists of constructing one 80' x 80' hangar that will include 80' x 20' living quarter and paving of the hangar apron.

Grading, drainage, concrete paving, and striping for proposed parking lot expansion.

The Project consists of approximately 11,600 feet of cured in place pipe sewer rehabilitation, of which approximately 9,750 feet is 8-inch,and 1,850 feet is 10-inch; replacing approximately 3,100 feet of existing 8-inch sewer by open-trench replacement; rehabilitation of approximately 120 vertical footage of manholes utilizing epoxy lining; replacement of approximately 15 manholes; reinstatement of approximately 220 service laterals by open cut means; installation of approximately 6,200 feet of 6-inch PVC service lateral pipe; and the restoration of sidewalks, curbs, curbs and gutters, and driveways impacted during construction.

The Project consists of replacing approximately 14,000 linear feet (LF) of water main in downtown Loudon, Tennessee. The water main will be constructed of ductile iron pipe ranging from 4-inch to 8-inch in size.

Replacing the current disinfection system with a new UV system featuring two banks, each capable of treating 1.3 MGD.

Installation of erosion control measures; demolition; earthwork and finish grading; rock excavation; drainage; concrete paving; concrete pavers; asphalt paving; modular retaining/freestanding walls; railings; interpretive signage (including graphics); site electrical; pond fountain; site lighting; natural stream construction; landscaping; and other miscellaneous improvements. Bid Alternates are also included for site furnishings; canopy structure; bentonite pond liner; and temporary irrigation.
