The Work includes the following principal items: Fuel farm relocation and apron expansion.

The Project consists of the installation of approximately 7,600 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch diameter water main, air release valves, gate valves, fittings, hydrants, and miscellaneous civil work shown in the Contract Drawings along Disneyland Road in White County, Tennessee. The proposed 6- inch diameter water main is anticipated to extend along Disneyland Road from the Franks Ferry Road intersection south to just beyond the Meeks Street intersection.

The Work includes the following principal items: Clearing and Grubbing, Fence Relocation, Grading, Drainage, Paving, and Utilities Modifications

The Work includes the following principal items: Full Depth Reclamation, Paving, and Permanent Markings

The Work includes the following principal items: Runway 18/36, taxiway, and apron crack seal, seal coat and marking

The Work includes the following principal items: New Perimeter Fencing

The Work includes the following principal items: New Runway Lights, Taxiway Lights, PAPI's and REIL's. To include all cable and conduits.

The project includes work on Tennessee Street (Base Bid, Additive Alternative #1 and #3), Aqua Lane (Additive Alternative #1), and New Lake Road (Additive Alternative #2). The main water replacement on the base bid consists of approximately 1,700 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch PVC line on portions of Tennessee Street. Additive Alternative #1 consists of approximately 1,350 LF of 6-inch PVC line on portions of Tennessee Street and Aqua Lane. Additive Alternative #2 comprises 2,090 LF of water main replacement along New Lake Road. Additive Alternative #3 consists of 1,300 LF of 6-inch PVC line on further portions of Tennessee Street.

The mass grading of Lot 5 to include three phased erosion control and any other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
