Bid Information:
The Columbus Water Works (Owner) is soliciting Proposals from qualified contractors to provide the Work associated with the pre-construction services for the New South Columbus Water Resource Facility project as well as the opportunity to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal for construction associated with this project at a later date. The Owner’s Consultant and Engineer for this project is Barge Design Solutions, Inc. (Barge). Selection of Contractor or subcontractor to perform the work shall be made in the best interest of Columbus Water Works. Contractors are not precluded from selfperforming the work.
Competitive sealed Proposals related to the construction of the New South Columbus Water Resource Facility (New SCWRF) will be received by the Columbus Water Works (Owner) at its offices, 1421 Veterans Parkway, Columbus, GA 31901, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on January 29, 2026, and then at said office publicly acknowledged, with only the name of the Proposers being read aloud.
