Sewer Rehabilitation- Phase 1

The Project consists of approximately 11,600 feet of cured in place pipe sewer rehabilitation, of which approximately 9,750 feet is 8-inch,and 1,850 feet is 10-inch; replacing approximately 3,100 feet of existing 8-inch sewer by open-trench replacement; rehabilitation of approximately 120 vertical footage of manholes utilizing epoxy lining; replacement of approximately 15 manholes; reinstatement of approximately 220 service laterals by open cut means; installation of approximately 6,200 feet of 6-inch PVC service lateral pipe; and the restoration of sidewalks, curbs, curbs and gutters, and driveways impacted during construction.

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Sewer Rehabilitation - Phase 1 will be received at the office of the Town of Carthage City Hall, 314 Spring Street, Carthage, TN 37030 until 1:00 p.m., local time, on September 11, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

Printed copies of bidding Documents may be obtained from bidding.bargedesign.com. For questions about ordering documents, call Memphis Reprographics at 901-381-9811. Call prior to picking up documents to ensure availability. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding Documents including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.
