Bid Information:

Bid Opening: Separate sealed BIDS for the PARKING LOT EXPANSION will be received by the University of Mississippi, Oxford, Mississippi hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, at the Office of Procurement Services, 164 Jeanette Phillips Drive, P.O. Box 1848, University Mississippi 38677 until 2:00 P.M. local time, Thursday, October 23, 2025.

BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. BIDS received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

Bid opening will take place at the following location:

MISSISSIPPI SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER TRAINING ROOM

122 Jeanette Phillips Drive, University, MS 38677

Please note that this location is next to the Office of Procurement.

Pre-Bid Information:

Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. local time, Thursday, October 2, 2025, at the University-Oxford Airport Terminal Building, 1 Airport Road, Oxford, Mississippi 38655. Attendance at this conference by the prime contractor is highly encouraged. Any changes that may be agreed upon as a result of this meeting will be noted in an addendum sent to all plan holders.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents including addenda, if any are obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.
