Terrell Heights Storm Sewer Improvements Phase 1
The Project consists of storm sewer improvements within the Terrell Heights subdivision. These improvements include 500 feet of cured in place lining of 24-inch corrugated metal pipe, the removal of existing storm sewer and the installation of 95 feet 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe, 80 feet of 24-inch equivalent arch concrete pipe, 234 feet of 36-inch equivalent arch concrete pipe, storm junction boxes, hooded grated inlet, grate inlets, and concrete headwall. The project also includes the relocation of and 60 feet of an existing 6-inch water main and the installation of 60 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and sanitary sewer doghouse manhole along with restoration of asphalt paving, curbing, and all other appurtenances and restoration of the project area.

All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
