NOUD - Stover Road Water Line Upgrade
The Project consists of constructing a new 8-inch water line extension project to upgrade its distribution system along Independence Road and Stover Road between Oakley Allen Road and State Route 294. The project consists of approximately 18,000 linear feet of 8-inch water line; installation of two pressure reducing valve vaults; air release valves; replacement of service laterals; and installation of associated appurtenances.

All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed, delivered or otherwise issued to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
