Water Main Replacement Program Phase 2

The Project consists of replacing approximately 16,870 linear feet (LF) of water main in downtown Loudon, Tennessee. The water main will be constructed of ductile iron pipe ranging from 4-inch to 12-inch in size. The project includes but is not limited to valves, fittings, hydrants and other appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and required for a complete functioning system.

Bid Information:

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Water Main Replacement Program, Phase 2 will be received at the Loudon Utilities Administration Building, 2480 Highway 72 North, Loudon, Tennessee 37774 until 2:00 p.m., local time, on April 11th, 2024, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise.


Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for March 28th, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. local time, at the Loudon Utilities Administration Building, 2480 Highway 72 North, Loudon, Tennessee 37774. Bidder attendance is mandatory.
