Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of IMPROVEMENTS TO GENEVA MUNICIPAL AIRPORT will be received by the City Of Geneva, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, at the City Hall until 2:00 P.M., local time, Tuesday, April 22, 2025. BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 09, 2025, in the Airport Terminal.
The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the BIDS received, and to accept the BID which is deemed most favorable to the OWNER at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
Electronic and printed copies of Bidding Documents may be obtained from https://bidding.bargedesign.com/. For questions about ordering documents, call the Barge Plan Room c/o Memphis Reprographics at 901-381-9811. Partial sets of Bidding documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding Documents including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.
