Hangar Door Placement at Roscoe Turner Airport

Bid Information:

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the HANGAR DOOR REPLACEMENT (MM-0021-0924) will be received at the Roscoe Turner Field Terminal Building Conference Room, until 10:00 a.m., local time, on January 30, 2024, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for January 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time, in the Roscoe Turner Field Terminal Building Conference Room. Attendance is mandatory. Potential Bidders may join the meeting virtually if they are not able to attend in person. Those wishing to attend virtually should email jeff.redmill@bargedesign.com for an invitation to the meeting by no later than January 8, 2024. A Bid submitted by a Bidder which did not attend the entire Pre-Bid Conference will not be opened and will be returned to the Bidder.

Call prior to picking up documents to ensure availability. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding Documents including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.
