Lincoln Street – Dallis Street Intersection Improvement and Landscape Improvement

The Project is made up of two different components: Roadway intersection and corridor improvements and Landscape/Hardscape Improvements along Dallis in front of the businesses. The roadway portion of the project consists of roadway construction to make improvements to the Lincoln – Dallis Street Intersection to improve the safety of pedestrians and vehicular traffic at the intersection. The project will include changing the roadway corridor to provide additional parking along the west side of the south bound lane. The roadway portion of the project will include milling and repaving, curb & gutter, storm drainage, striping, and signage. The project will also include Landscaping Improvements which include hardscaping for useable sitting space, sidewalks, fountain, seat walls, trash receptables, benches, lighting and irrigation.
