Beech River Airfield Electrical System Replacement

BID INFORMATION:

Separate sealed BIDS for the Airfield Electrical System Replacement will be received by the Beech River Regional Airport, 1600 Mt Ararat Rd, Darden, TN 38328 until 2:00 P.M. local time, Monday, March 18, 2024. BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. BIDS received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. local time, Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at the Beech River Regional Airport, Mt Ararat Rd, Darden, TN 38328. Attendance at this conference by the prime contractor is mandatory in order to be eligible to submit a bid. While in person attendance of the mandatory pre-bid conference is preferred, a virtual option will be offered. Please e-mail jeff.redmill@bargedesign.com if you wish to be added to the virtual meeting which will take place Tuesday, March 12th at 2:00 PM Central time.

Printed copies of bidding Documents may be obtained from https://bidding.bargedesign.com/. For questions about ordering documents, call Memphis Reprographics at 901-381-9811. Call prior to picking up documents to ensure availability. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding Documents including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.

BIDS shall be on the forms included in the Bidding Documents and submitted in an opaque sealed envelope clearly identified on the outside as follows:

The BID shall be addressed to: Beech River Regional Airport Board, Beech River Regional Airport, 1600 Mt Ararat Rd, Darden, TN 38328, and marked for which project the proposal pertains. Also, the Contractor’s name, classification, address, license number, expiration date and date & time of the bid opening shall be indicated on the envelope. BIDS submitted by mail shall be registered. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS, to waive any formalities or irregularities in the BIDS received, and to accept the BID which is deemed most favorable to the OWNER at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
