Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of IMPROVEMENTS TO HEADLAND MUNICIPAL AIRPORT will be received by the City Of Headland, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, at the City Hall until 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, June 12, 2025. BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
Pre-Bid Information:
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 29, 2025, in the Airport Terminal.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job.
