Water System Improvements - White County, TN ARP

Bid Information:

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Water System Improvements (White County, TN ARP) will be received at the office of the White County Finance Department, 1 East Bockman Way, Room 204, Sparta, Tennessee 38583, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on April 29, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for April 22, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. local time, in the office of the White County Finance Department, 1 East Bockman Way, Room 204, Sparta, Tennessee 38583. Bidder attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.

This project includes American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding and is subject to Domestic Preference for Procurements for all iron, aluminum, steel, cement, and other manufactured products used in this project to the extent consistent with law. The Bidder, to the greatest extent practicable, shall provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States.

Call prior to picking up documents to ensure availability. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding Documents including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.
