Paces Mill Unit - CRNRA Phase I Improvements
The project consists of a new, realigned entry road, removal of existing and construction of a new surface parking area, a large meadow area will replace the existing parking area, there are two large bioswales located in the center of the new parking area, and the entry road will terminate at a new drop-off zone near the main existing boat ramp. The project also includes wood deck river overlooks, site furnishings, two new electronic pay stations, fencing, timber guardrail, landscaping, stormwater and sanitary utility work, as well as construction of a new potable water line.

All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed, delivered or otherwise issued to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
