Bid Information:

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of IMPROVEMENTS TO VICKSBURG MUNICIPAL AIRPORT will be received by the City Of Vicksburg, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, at the City Hall, Office of the City Clerk, 1401 Walnut Street, Vicksburg, MS until 9:00 A.M., local time, Monday, June 10, 2024. BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud at the regular Board Meeting at 10:00 A.M. Bids received after 9:00 A.M. will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Bidders are cautioned that the City Clerk does not receive mail prior to 9:00 A.M.

Call prior to picking up documents to ensure availability. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. local time on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in the airport conference room. Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the scope and requirements for this contract, it is required that bidders attend this meeting. Any changes that may be agreed upon as a result of this meeting will be noted in an addendum sent to all plan holders.
