302 North 8th Street Building Demolition

The Project consists of the demolition and removal of one building, one truck scale and removal of the associated debris. The building and truck scale shall be demolished down to subgrade and all debris removed from the site, including concrete pad and any base stone. After demolition, the subgrade shall be sloped to drain and stabilized with permanent seeding.
