Bid Information:

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of IMPROVEMENTS TO GUNTERSVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT will be received by the City Of Guntersville, Alabama, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, at the City Hall until 2:30 P.M., local time, Tuesday, July 25, 2023. BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

The Work includes the following principal items:

new Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS III/PT)

Total Contract Time for completion of the work is thirty (30) calendar days.

Liquidated damages for delay will be in the amount of $1,000.00 per calendar day that the project remains

incomplete after the specified completion time.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job.
